High product reliability through statistical in-process controls and an external quality assurance process
GSN uses control plans in product manufacturing. These control plans usually specify functional dimensions, which are specifically monitored in the course of the production. The type and extend of test is clearly specified in the control plans.
An external quality centre carries out new tests for each batch. This is a fail-safe method to eliminate human testing errors that might have gone undetected during the first material testing! +++ exclusively at GSN +++

Reliable series start-up through professional initial sampling in compliance with ISO TS16949:2002
Customer-specific and tool-oriented products undergo initial sampling in compliance with the requirements of VDA (Europe) or OS9000 (USA).
The initial sampling test reports (ISTR) are evaluated by our engineers in the factory in China and comply with all requirements and regulations of TS16949:2002. If no reporting level is required, the ISTRs usually also include an evaluation of cmk or cpk values as well as the product-specific control plans.
